Welcome to Digital Worx Hub (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.digitalworxhub.com) and services. 1. Services

Digital Worx Hub provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Website design and development

  • Social media management

  • Content creation and video production

  • SEO and digital advertising

  • Branding and strategy

All services are subject to agreements between Digital Worx Hub and the client, including pricing, timelines, and deliverables.

2. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required before the start of any project, with the remaining balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional costs may apply for changes beyond the original project scope, billed at an agreed hourly or flat rate.

  • Preferred payment methods include Venmo and Zelle. Credit cards are accepted but the client covers a 2.9% credit fee. Other payment options may be arranged upon request.

  • Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per week unless prior arrangements are made.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • All content, graphics, videos, and materials created by Digital Worx Hub remain the property of Digital Worx Hub until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of website designs, videos, and other deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified.

  • Clients must have the right to use any images, logos, or materials they provide to Digital Worx Hub.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • If a project is canceled before completion, the client will be billed for any work completed up to that point.

  • Any unused services in a package or retainer agreement are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all necessary materials (e.g., logos, brand guidelines, content) in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

  • Any delay in feedback or approvals may impact project timelines and delivery dates.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Digital Worx Hub is not responsible for business losses, revenue loss, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • We make every effort to ensure accurate and high-quality work but do not guarantee specific results (e.g., website traffic, and social media growth).

7. Website Use & Third-Party Links

  • Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites.

  • Visitors are prohibited from using our website for illegal or unauthorized activities, including hacking, fraud, or spamming.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
